Lychee ice cream

2_17911 LITCHI ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 800 g of lychees in syrup or preserves, a Pack (400 g) of condensed milk, a tablespoon of grated ginger, fresh mint leaves.
The peeled lychee or, if canned, drain them carefully from their liquid.
Place the fruits in the jug of a food processor and beat them until obtaining a creamy and smooth puree.
Pour the Lychee puree into a large bowl; stir condensed milk and stir thoroughly.
Add the grated ginger and stir thoroughly until the ingredients are well blended.
Place the bowl in the freezer for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally with a spatula preparation.
Serve the ice cream in cups and dust the surface with fresh mint leaves, shredded.
