Crispy tuna rolls and pepper
Instructions
Cut the tuna into 8 smaller rectangles, add salt, pepper and bathed each rectangle with a few drops of soy sauce. Clean peppers, discarding seeds and pith, and cut them into 8 strata. Roll out the dough on the work surface and with the help of a pastry cutter cut 8 discs.
Place in the center of each disc with a layer of pepper and a slice of tuna; raised two strips of pasta and tuna optionally overlap them, then close the remaining edges form a roulade. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls on both sides.

- A pack of thin bread dough already stretched out
- a piece of fresh tuna fillet approximately 250 g
- a red pepper
- soy sauce
- salt and pepper
