Instructions

2_17921 CHOCOLATE MOUSSE with ORANGE JELLY INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of chocolate in bars, 300 ml whipping cream, 150 ml milk, 60 g sugar, 25 g butter, 4 egg yolks, 1/2 litre of orange juice 8 gelatin sheets, a vanilla pod, 2 bananas.

Open lengthwise the vanilla pod, remove the pulp and put it in a saucepan with the milk and 100 ml of cream.

Heat to low heat for a minute, add the chopped chocolate and 4 sheets of gelatin softened in cold water, stir until everything is melted.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until mixture is creamy, add the melted chocolate, mix and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator, add the rest of the whipped cream, stir and put back in the refrigerator.

Pass remaining gelatin sheets in cold water, then dissolve it in a little orange juice; pass through a sieve and mix with the rest of the orange juice.

Refrigerate until the mixture begins to take shape.

Divide half the chocolate mousse into 4 cups, poured gently on the Orange cream mousse and refrigerate until it is almost completely solidified.

Remove from the refrigerator and cover with the rest of the mousse, place back in refrigerator until IDEs when serving.

Sliced bananas and browned them in butter.

When serving with the mousse with the fried bananas.
