Cauliflower Pudding (Cavolfiore al Latte)
Instructions
Wash away the cauliflower, wash, lessarlo for about 10 minutes in boiling salted water, leave it to drain, let it cool and divide into florets.
Fry the butter in a pan, put the florets, salt and pepper, sprinkle with nutmeg, moisten with milk, let it absorb, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 70 g of butter
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
