Canapés with leeks, prosciutto e funghi

Take 8-portion molds for small pastries and brush the inside with a little oil.
With the help of a pastry cutter cut 8 circles the size of stencils.
Roll out the dough inside, making it well adhere to walls and prick the bottom with a fork.
Brush the dough with oil and bake in hot oven for about 8-10 minutes.
Let cool and put.
Meanwhile prepare the filling.
Wash and clean the leeks and cut them into thin slices.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips.
In a non-stick pan you blast lively focus leeks with a tablespoon of olive oil for about 10 minutes.
Then add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Continue cooking until the mushrooms are cooked, then remove from heat and let cool a few minutes.
Cut the ham into very thin strips and add to vegetables.
The small pastries filled with the mixture and serve.
