Instructions

3_10153 LEEK PIE and HAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g leeks cut into rings, one package of dough BRISA ready and paving, 3 eggs 150 g ham, 100 g of Diced Bacon, 40 g flour, 25 cl of milk, 100 g of grated cheese, a knob of butter for the mould, salt, pepper.

3 minute blanched leeks in boiling salted water.

Drain thoroughly, then keep them aside.

Separate the egg yolks data; whip the egg whites until foamy firmly with a pinch of salt.

In a pan with non-stick coating and tall without adding fat roasted Bacon, diced.

Remove from heat, add the flour, stir, then add the leeks.

Put on the fire, pour the milk and let it reduce, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.

Remove from heat, let cool and incorporatete egg yolks one at a time; stir constantly with wooden spoon, add the chopped ham and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Mix thoroughly all ingredients mixing well.

Pepper, then stir the whipped egg whites and stir.

Unroll the dough BRISA let it rest at room temperature time to grease a mold hinged round of 24 cm in diameter.

Then lined the Tin with the pastry and pichiettate the fodno with the prongs of a fork.

Pour over the dressing and Bake 25 minutes at 200° when cooked, remove the cake from the oven, let it rest a few minutes, then take it out on a serving dish.

Serve.
