Instructions
WALNUT BREAD INGREDIENTS 3_10057 350 g flour manitoba, 350 g white flour, 250 g walnuts, chopped 50 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped 3, 5 dl of water, 20 g of fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon and 1/2 fine salt.
Sift the flour and salt.

Pour the warm water in a bowl and add the yeast.
Pour in flour and begin kneading with your fingertips for 10 minutes.

Repeat the action by incorporating the rest of the nuts.
Knead again until you get a homogeneous mixture and smooth.
Transfer the dough in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let stand 2 hours.
Spent the time of rising, knead the mixture once again.
split it into two parts, giving it the shape of the loaf.
Place the two loaves on a sheet lined with parchment paper and let stand one hour.
Bake in hot oven at 220° for about 15 minutes; lower then the temperature to 190ø.
and continue cooking for another 25 minutes.
When cooked, remove from oven and let cool.
