Instructions
Wash away the cauliflower florets, divide it in and wash it thoroughly.
Let it cook in salted water for 12 minutes.
Drain the florets and flip them on a serving dish.
Put on the fire, 1 Pan, butter, 3 tablespoons oil and anchovy fillets.
Cook, stirring, until it has reduced to a smooth sauce.
At the last moment add the chopped parsley and pour the sauce over the cauliflower, mixing gently.
