Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g white flour, 500 g durum wheat flour, 325 g of water, a teaspoon of salt, 50 g of blue cheese Roquefort type, 2 sachets of yeast for bread.

Pour the flour and salt in a bowl.

Add the yeast, mix, then pour little by little by mixing water with your fingertips.

Then knead vigorously until obtaining a smooth and elastic dough.

Stir the diced cheese to the dough and knead the dough until the cheese is well blended.

Cover with a clean cloth and let the dough rest 30 minutes at room temperature.

Generously flour your work surface and divide the dough into so many parts to form 50 g balls each.

Place the balls of dough on a plate lined with a paper towel, cover again with towel and let rest 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oven to 200° Bake then the plate and Cook 20-30 minutes.

Ultimta cooking, remove from oven, let cool, and then brought to the table.
