Cauliflower with olives
Instructions
Clean cauliflower, florets, split it to drill a shaft cross-cutting.
Mince the garlic and the onions, put them in a pan with oil, FRY and seasoning, add the chopped tomatoes, pitted olives and sliced, a bit of chili and two fingers of water.
Stir, add the cauliflower florets and form an even layer.
Cover the Pan and cook over moderate heat for about half an hour.
Halfway through the cooking, mix and add salt.

- 1 cauliflower
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 100 g of tomato pulp
- 5 green olives and black olives
- 1 bit of chili
- Salt
