Instructions

ROMAN RINGS 3_07087 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 250 g squid rings, 4 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, 2 eggs, 2 cups of peanut oil, lemon salt wash and dry very well with kitchen paper rings.

Break in a deep dish eggs and beat them lightly with the tines of a fork.

Pour the flour in a sieve and pass the rings of squid in flour, shake the colander to remove the excess flour; dip them in beaten egg and then in flour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and FRY two or three times.

Place on a tray covered with kitchen paper.

Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately with lemon slices.
