Penne salad with plums

03334 PENS IN a SALAD with PRUNES INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 300 g of pasta, 200 g tuna in oil, 200 g of tomatoes, 80 g of pitted black olives, 100 g prunes, pitted 1/2 spring onion, 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper. Saute the onion PROCEDURE finely chopped in two tablespoons of oil. Add the chopped tuna, olives, halved prunes to bits, diced tomatoes and stir. Bake the mixture in a bowl. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and cook them al dente. Dress con2 tablespoons oil with the prepared and kept aside. As you wish you can add a sprinkling of chilli. Stir well and serve even after several hours of preparation.
