Batter for crepes

Put all ingredients in a food processor and emulsify for 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.

To heat a non-stick pan with a diameter of 20 cm and pour in 3 tablespoons of mixture. Spread with the movement of the wrist. When it thickens, turn the crepe and cook a little longer.

Repeat the steps until you finish the dough.
