Pan-Fried prawns
Instructions
Clean the prawns by removing only the head.
Put in a pan with oil and the garlic to colorirsi just and will be then deleted.
Add the prawns, let them cook for a few minutes, then Deglaze with the wine.
Join the end well washed rind of lemon and butter.
Add salt, pepper and let stand for a few minutes.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 3 persons
- 9 King prawns (250 g net weight)
- 30 ml white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (20 g)
- 15 g butter
- lemon zest (1 whole lemon)
- salt and pepper to taste.
