Instructions

Clean the prawns by removing only the head.

Put in a pan with oil and the garlic to colorirsi just and will be then deleted.

Add the prawns, let them cook for a few minutes, then Deglaze with the wine.

Add salt, pepper and let stand for a few minutes.

Serve hot.
