Boil the potatoes and mash with a potato masher.
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk.
Combine all the ingredients.
Knead and let rise (the recommended time is 1 hour).
Remove the parts, make cords and exit at the ends.
FRY in hot oil and turn the doughnuts from both sides.
Pass the warm sugar Donuts.
