Baileys cake and Nutella
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°
Soften the butter (preserving 1a walnut) at room temperature and work it with your hands.
Combine the sugar and butter together until the mixture fluffy.
Combine the eggs, add the Baileys and amalgamate.
Work in another bowl flour, baking powder, salt and a knob of butter.
Merge the two compounds and amalgamate.
Grease and flour the bowl.
Pour the mixture and bake for at least 50 minutes.
When it is ready and cools, flip.
Cut the cake sectioning it lengthwise.
Spread the chocolate cream or Nutella.
Garnish with powdered sugar.

- 750 gr flour
- 500 gr butter
- 500 gr sugar
- 8 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 and 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 400 ml baileys
- icing sugar to taste.
