Eggless Apple Cake or fat
Instructions
Apple Cake light, no eggs or fats. Good and fluffy.
Work the ricotta with the sugar. Combine the cinnamon, yogurt, flour and baking powder.
Work the dough until it becomes very well-blended. You can also mix with the thermomix.
Now add apples cut into chunks or slices.
Put the mixture in a pan greased and floured (or use one in Silicon).
Bake at 170° for 40 minutes.
