Artichokes baked with ground beef and potatoes
Instructions
Clean the artichokes by tougher leaves and tipped with spines, cut them into 4 and time in a bowl with water and lemon juice (not to let them blacken). Cook in salted water for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile clean and remove the peel potatoes and emerge them in cold water. In a bowl beat the egg with salt and pepper. Add the ground beef and 50 g of grated cheese. Form meatballs and FRY in hot oil.
Put everything (potatoes, artichokes and meatballs) in a buttered baking sheet and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, adding a little more salt and pepper. Bake for about 40 minutes at 220° taking care to cover the pan with aluminum foil. After 40 minutes, turn off the oven. Remove the aluminum foil and leave the Pan in the oven off for 5/10 minutes again.
