Cauliflower into batter
Instructions
Divide a cauliflower florets and scald it for 10 minutes in salted water.
Dilute the flour with the beer.
Combine 1 tablespoon oil, egg yolk, a pinch of salt, stir and let stand for 1 hour, then add the egg whites mounted to snow.
Soak the florets and fry them in plenty of boiling oil.
