Easy pumpkin pie
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until mixture is frothy. then add well sifted flour. Add the softened butter, milk, lemon rind, boiled and pureed pumpkin, crushed amaretti and baking powder; pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan.
Bake the cake for 20 minutes at 180°; sfornatelo and let it cool.

- 225 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 500 g of boiled pumpkin
- crushed amaretti biscuits 10
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- lemon zest to taste.
- icing sugar and melted chocolate to taste (optional)
