Instructions

Divide the cauliflower into florets, wash and boil for 20 minutes in salted water.

Drain very well and arrange the florets on a serving dish reassembling cauliflower-shaped.

Hard boil the egg, frullatelo and shell it with parsley, anchovies de-boned and water, capers and gherkins.

Dilute the mixture with emulsified oil and vinegar until you obtain a homogeneous sauce, pour flush on the hot cauliflower.
