Focaccia pugliese
Instructions
In a bowl put flour, salt, sugar and crushed potato, then dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Knead everything together (by hand or with the mixer), then add the oil; put the dough in a greased baking oil and leave to rise for 1 hour then add oil, oregano to taste, tomatoes, or some other type of vegetable.
Place in oven pre-heated at high temperature until it changes colour.
