Roast pork loin with plums
Instructions
Incidre the meat in several places with a sharp knife. Put the plums into the holes. On all sides of the meat add salt, pepper and Marjoram. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the meat turning. Transfer meat and gravy formed into a container with lid and place on top of slices of garlic (optional).
Put in oven at 180 degrees for about an hour. No need to turn the meat. If your gravy is a little you can add a tablespoon of water at the beginning. Serve the sliced meat with potatoes (mashed) or side dish of your choice.
