Spicy cauliflower
Instructions
Peel and wash the cauliflower.
Cut only the florets more tender and raccoglietele in a salad bowl.
Add the julienne-cut carrots and finely chopped garlic clove.
In a bowl of lemon juice emulsified filtered to colander, a spoonful of wine and three olive oil, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, a pinch of salt and paprika.
Mix, pour the florets and stir it for seasoning.

- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
