Cauliflower stews with chicken livers and pecorino
Instructions
Prepare pork livers, already on the network, wrapping them with a bay leaf and a pinch of fennel.
Wash cauliflower and cut it by placing it in a pan with oil, garlic and wine.
Cover and let Cook for about 30 minutes as long as you take on the classic color of stew.
Cook the livers with olive oil and white wine.
Once cooked, cut into thin slices and arrange over the cauliflower previously perched on a serving dish.
At this point finish the dish by covering it with pecorino.

- 2 pork livers
- Pecorino romano cheese
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- White wine
- Salt
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 pinch of fennel
