Roast Turkey with artichokes
Instructions
Cut the stems of the artichokes into thin slices and put them in the bathroom with water and lemon. Prepare artichoke hearts by removing the outer leaves and hay; spruzzali with lemon and cuocili in salted water for 10 minutes, and let them drain when they're cool.
Beat the Turkey Breast to make it thinner. arrange in the center of 4 artichoke hearts cut into small pieces and Parmesan; and by helping you with string to form a top. Add a sprig of Rosemary.
Brown garlic in a pan with oil and combine the meat and hot broth; Cook for 20 minutes, then add the 4 remaining artichokes. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn off and let cool. Suffering and before serving heat slightly again, adding the chopped parsley.

- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
