Amaretti fritters
Instructions
Prepare a batter with flour, soft yellow, cognac, 1 tablespoon oil and water as required; Let rest 1 hour.
Squirt the amaretti in rum.
Add to the batter egg whites until foamy.
Soak up the amaretti and FRY in hot oil.
Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of amaretti biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 1 tablespoon of cognac
- 125 g of flour
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Icing sugar
