Instructions
In a saucepan put the water, butter, salt and sugar. Leads to a boil then remove from heat. put the sifted flour and continue cooking, stirring until the mixture detaches from the walls of the pan. Lets cool the mixture and add the eggs one at a time, and only after the previous one is well mixed.
At this point, add the rice and raisins and continue to mix. Heat the oil in a pan, picks up a bit of dough with a teaspoon and tuffalo in boiling oil. Make fritters and drain when they're browned before serving. You can go into sugar or sift over them with icing sugar.

- 250 ml of water
- 150 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 30 g caster sugar
- 40 g icing sugar
- salt
- 3 dl of vegetable oil for frying
- 5 tablespoons of boiled rice
- 50 gr raisins
