Lemon chicken thighs
Instructions
Wash and dry the chicken. In a pan then gently Cook the garlic in the oil. Add the chicken and then add in oil lively focus for a few minutes turning often. Pour the lemon juice, cover and let Cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and has formed a cremina around pieces of meat. Season with salt and serve immediately. You can accompany with fennel in butter (as in photo).
