Instructions
Beat egg whites separately until they become foamy. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the softened butter, milk, whipped egg whites, cocoa and flour. Blend well and then add the baking powder.
Butter and flours a round pan and bakes in preheated oven to 180° previously for 30 minutes. When cooled wet with water and lemon, you anoint with whipped cream and a sprinkling of cocoa.
