Savoury croissants
Instructions
With this recipe you will get about 45 cornettini.
Prepare the dough by placing in a bowl the flour, a pinch of salt, cottage cheese, margarine and the egg. The dough should be smooth and soft but not sticky. Roll out a sheet not too thin and cut into squares of about 7 cm from the side. Divide them in half to form triangles.
At the center of each put a bit of sausage or ham or bacon. Roll the dough starting from the wide end, fold in half and arrange on a plate covered with baking paper. Brush with beaten egg and bake in hot oven 180° c for about 20 minutes.
