Turkey rolls with Zucchini, ham and cheese
Instructions
Flatten with a sbatticarne Turkey slices without RIP; spread on each slice of ham, 2 slices of cheese and 2 tablespoons Zucchini sautéed with garlic. Roll up the slices and close them with kitchen twine or some stick.
Place the rolls in a lightly greased baking dish with oil together with a pinch of salt and pepper, rigirarvi, rolls, add the Rosemary, Sage and pass in a hot oven (200° c) for 15 minutes, until light golden brown. Serve hot with a side of vegetables of your choice.

- 50 g of cured ham (3 private fat slices)
- 50 g fresh caciotta cheese, flavored
- 200 g Zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (10 g)
