In a bowl, coarsely grate the courgettes and carrots raw; Add the Chicken Parmesan and bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste. Stir quickly. Line the pan with parchment paper. Form Meatball (round, flat, long ...), pass it in the bread crumbs, place it in baking pan and continue so until the dough.

Bake the Pan in a hot oven, 200-220° C for approximately 20-25 minutes: meatballs are ready. Thanks to egg and cheese dumplings become a single dish. Can be eaten warm, freshly made, or cold the next day.
