Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan, add the chopped onion previously and let soften. Then add the rice and toast a bit. Add the white wine and let it evaporate. Add pears cut into chunks.
Pour the broth gradually and stir until the rice has reached almost her cooking, add the gorgonzola and the brie and keep on stirring until it is dissolved completely. Turn off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
