Quiche with leeks with Philadelphia
Instructions
Cut the leek into rings and let it wither with the olive oil and a pinch of salt. Machined Philadephia with eggs, parmesan, a pinch of salt and pepper, then sprinkle with a pinch of chopped parsley.
Stir the leeks. The coated puff a mold of 18 cm in diameter lined with parchment paper; fill with the mixture to the leeks, then bake at 180° C for 25 minutes.
