Easter crescia

On the boards of the marches during lent can not miss the Easter Crescia. Here's the recipe.
Mix 600 g flour, 6 eggs, 50 gr of milk, 50 g extra virgin olive oil 10 g 5 g salt, ground black pepper, 50 g Brewer's yeast (dissolved in milk), 150 Gr. grated "pecorino romano" and 150 g of grated Parmesan. Incorporate the dough 350 gr fresh cheese into cubes and divide it in half.
Put the dough in two high grease and flour pans. Preparation time: 45 minutes. Rise in warm place for at least two hours. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
