Brussels sprouts and chestnuts
Instructions
Affect the chestnuts and cook for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, drain, Peel and put them back to cook.
Drain when tender.
In boiling salted water boil Brussels sprouts.
In a bowl mix the chestnuts and Brussels sprouts.
Melt the butter, then add a pinch of nutmeg and salt and use to dress Brussels sprouts and chestnuts.

- 300 g of chestnuts
- Butter
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
