Fried brussels sprouts
Instructions
Clean Brussels sprouts leaves faulty, wash and cook in boiling salted water for a few minutes.
Fry them in butter.
Put them in flour, then in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
Throw them in the frying pan when the oil smokes, Golden and crisp, drain.
Season with salt and serve.
