Boil Brussels sprouts in a pot with salted water.
Drain.
Prepare a soft batter with flour and a little water, add the grated Parmesan, a little oil and a pinch of salt.
Stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Add the egg whites to the previously prepared.
Beat the clear until stiff and then to the mixture.
Passed in the batter and FRY cabbage in plenty of hot oil.
