Creamy Brussels Sprouts (Cavolini di Bruxelles Vellutati)
Instructions
Peel and wash Brussels sprouts by removing the cores and the toughest outer leaves.
Steam Cook in a saucepan containing water flavoured with some peppercorns, lemon slices, wine and salt.
Finished cooking place on serving dish and keep warm.
Prepare now velvety sauce.
When is ready season with three shredded strands of chives.
Sprinkle the Brussels Sprouts with grated cheese and cover them with the velvety sauce.
Place on a serving dish and serve immediately.

- 700 g of brussels sprouts
- Velvety sauce
- Grated cheese
- 1 lemon
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- 3 wires of chives
- Salt
- Some grains of peppercorns
