Amaretto
Instructions
You put the Orange Zest (use only the yellow part) to macerate for a few days in brandy, stirring frequently.
Then you add the wormwood and gentian struck.
Let macerate for a month or less, stirring twice a day and taking the pot exposed to the Sun.
Then filters and bottles.
You will get a drink from the bitter taste, but very pleasant.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of grappa
- 1 grated orange zest
- 2 tops of absinthe
- 30 g of gentian root struck
