Braised red cabbage with sour cream
Instructions
Go cooking 1000 g coarsely chopped red cabbage with 1 onion and 1 garlic clove, sliced 6 tablespoons canned tomatoes diluted in 1 glass of water, 1 teaspoon of salt and 80 g of butter.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat to low and cook for 45 minutes, stirring every so often.
When the cabbage is cooked, combine 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of yoghurt and a little salt, if necessary.
Excellent with roast and meatballs.
