Red cabbage with apples
Instructions
Wash and dry the Apple and cut it into quarters.
Remove the core and put it on a baking sheet.

Cut the cabbage into strips and soak it with vinegar or slightly heated.
Add salt and pepper.
Clean the shallots and tritatelo.
Arrange the cabbage on a serving dish.
