Instructions

Peel, wash and cut into strips the leaves of cabbage.

Emerge them for 5 minutes in water at a boil, drain, raffreddatele in cold water, drain well and stendetele on a kitchen towel.

In a saucepan put peeled and crumbled sausage with three tablespoons of olive oil.

Add two tablespoons of tomato sauce and half a glass of water.

Stir, adjust salt, pepper and cook on moderate fire.

Cover the bottom of a baking dish just oil veiled with a layer of strips of cabbage, sovrapponetene another of sliced mozzarella, sausage and then again another of cabbage.

Add salt and pepper moderately each vegetable layer.

Continue until you run out of ingredients.

On the last layer of cabbage, pour the cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Serve immediately.
