Expect one or two fish per person, depending on the size.
Grease a baking dish with a little oil and butter, settle the mullet, sprinkle the pretzels, pepateli, sprinkle them with a little oil, moisten with the white wine, cover with orange slices very thin and add some scented herbs.
Bake for 20 minutes.
