Instructions
In a large skillet, preferably nonstick, heat the oil and sauté the garlic previously peeled and rinsed under the tap.
Soon after, add tomatoes washed and cut in half, the oregano, black olives and add a pinch of salt.
Stir well and simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat, cover the pan with foil paper.
Finally, when the sauce is ready, add the fillets of garoupa (rinsed and drained) that you cook for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
