Grouper with lemon (2)
Instructions
The grouper is a great fish; soda and delicate meat and lean, with a few bones.
Ideal for baking or in foil.
The two pounds are for 4 people, obviously with a smaller fish it is necessary to pay attention to the cooking time.
The preparation is very simple.
Once you have cleaned the fish, (from scales and entrails, keeping head and tail), washed and dried.
Peel the lemons and cut them into thin slices.
Put the slices thus obtained on a baking sheet.
Add a little oil and place over the fish.
A little salt and a little pepper, bay leaf and Sage, then in hot oven to 180 degrees.
After about 15 minutes remove from oven, sprinkle with half a glass of white wine, and close the card by making a kind of foil.
Put back in oven for another 30 minutes (be careful though as already mentioned the size of the fish).
When cooked place on a serving dish and garnish with lemon slices.
