Egg baskets
Instructions
Arrange on bottom of each vol-au-vent a spoonful of peas.
Beat eggs with milk, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Fill with the mixture the vol-au-vent.
Combine butter into pieces and put in oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 vol-au-vent large
- 1 tablespoon of canned peas
- 4 eggs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Little of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
