Baskets of tomatoes
Instructions
Halve the tomatoes and empty.
Shred the meat and mix it with the chopped stoned olives, capers and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Combine the lemon juice and a sprig of chopped Basil.
Mix well the mixture and fill the tomatoes.
Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of corned beef in gelatine
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 10 olives
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 sprig of basil
