Cucumbers with olives
Instructions
Cut the cucumber slices, sprinkle the pretzels and let them rest for half an hour in a vegetable drainer to lose their bitter water.
Drain them and place in a salad bowl.
Sprinkle with the chopped dill and season with a spoon of lemon juice and olive oil.
Add the pitted olives, cut into four.
Adjust the salt if necessary, stir, let flavour for a few minutes, and serve.
